Self-confidence course - First steps
Are you less social, don't you dare to go out in public? Are you tired of always having fear as soon as you step outside your comfort zone? This is where you should be. We also work in very small groups, so that we can pay sufficient attention to each individual.

We all know it: self-confidence is a fairly elusive, vague concept, which we have not really paid attention to for very long. The world-renowned psychologist Roy Baumeister demonstrated in the 1990s that it is difficult to define self-confidence: he looked at 15,000 different scientific articles and found that only 200 of them met the necessary academic criteria.
Having self-confidence means that you feel that you can achieve your (life) goals. It is highly correlated with all sorts of other psychological variables, such as how much influence you have over others, how responsible you are, how calm you can stay in difficult situations, and even how easily you save money.
People who present themselves with self-confidence are more likely to be believed and are seen as reliable and intelligent people. In addition, they can close deals with their business partners more quickly and are much more likely to be elected leaders. Our self-image has a huge impact on our (love) relationships and is usually cultivated as we go along. How can we develop it further? What can we do to feel better about ourselves, our choices and our future?
